If you have a subscription with Penguin & Fish that renews each month, you can now addon one-time products to your subscription to save on shipping! Add products any time before your subscription renews, and those items will charge and ship at the same time as your subscription.
We've created a quick step-by-step guide on how to add products to your subscription as well as how to update your order if you need to adjust quantity or remove items if you change your mind.
How do I add products to my next subscription shipment?
1. Log in to your account on penguinandfish.com. If you have not created an account yet, click the orange "create your account". Don't forget to use the email address you place orders with.
2. Go to "My Subscriptions"
3. Next to the image of your subscription there is a grey and white box that says "Add Products". When you click this button, the page will load products underneath.
4. Use the search bar to find what you want (Ex. 'scissors' or 'floss'). When you find the product you want, click the image and then the button that says "Add to Next Order".
5. Your product will be added to your subscription order and will ship all together. Please note, added products will be combined with your subscription amount and charged on the 1st of the upcoming month.
How to remove one-time add on products
If you've added a product to your subscription order and need to remove it for any reason - perhaps you changed your mind or no longer need that item - it's simple to remove a product. Here are the steps:
Step 1: In your account, under My Subscriptions, find the box that says "Manage upcoming orders" and click to expand.
Step 2: Your subscription items, plus any products you've added on, will show under the upcoming month's products. Click the red "Remove" button next to the product you'd like to remove. You'll see a pop-up confirming that you'd like to remove that item. Click "OK" and the one-time product will be removed.
