Payment

Please make sure to pay at the time of purchase. We accept payment through PayPal, where most credit cards are accepted. You don't need a PayPal account to make a purchase. Please contact us at info@penguinandfish.com if you have any problems with or questions about the payment process.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

Items that have been damaged in the mail may be returned for exchange within 10 days of receiving. We cannot accept any other returns. If your order has missing or incorrect items, please contact us at info@penguinandfish.com and we will correct your order. Penguin & Fish is not responsible for lost or damaged packaging.

 

Tax

Minnesota residents should expect to have tax added on.
